After our air froze up multiple times, we called Dunn. They came out on a Sunday in a timely manner, after doing the diagnostic the problem was located and fixed. Kevin was very informative on our issue. He was also very courteous and professional entering and exiting our home. We recommend them for anybody looking for help in the residential industry.

Dunn's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing were efficient and knowledgeable about their individual jobs. I liked that when the technician also had support from his coworkers even though they were not physically present; they were just a phone call away. I was also able to get their plumbers to come out and give me a great estimate on installing my bathroom. I was pleased with the service that i received. I would definitely recommend this company.

First of all, after talking to the office I was assured that a technician would be out the next morning. Brady M. arrived around 10 the following morning and thoroughly checked our AC. If you want fast, friendly service then you want Dunns. If you want excellant customer service then you want dunns. I called on monday to get an estimate. Mr Dunn came out and i asked when could you have a unit put in his reply was i can have a crew her at 7 in the morning. i said ok lets do this within 30 mins he called me back and said i do you mind if i send my guys now. When the guys left monday i had a brand new unit installed and by 11pm i was sitting at 72. I can not say enough good things about this company. thank you so much.

It's refreshing to see young professionals in today's workforce. I'll be calling Dunn's when my unit is to be replaced. It's refreshing to see young professionals in today's workforce. Noah responded to a home warranty service call. Noah actually took the time to find a course of action to fix our issue. Many warranty contractors arrive, collect 75.00 service fee then tell you there is no problem or the issue cant be fixed. I'll likely use Dunn's Heating and Cooling when I replace my HVAC unit. Dunn's also send you a text with the picture and name of the person they are sending to your home. Very pleased with Noah and Dunn's H & C.

Rusty came out on a service call. Sadly to say, my condenser went out on my 21 year old AC Unit. Rusty recommended a few ways to fix it, or to replace the unit. I got the estimate from Dunn's but wanted to shop around. While I did not go with Dunn's on the replacement, I have no complaints about Dunn's and Rusty's service. Rusty was very knowledgeable and conveyed to me my options. No pressure. Just facts. Dunn's is a very reliable and knowledgeable company. Would not hesitate to call them again.
